An email confirming the first interview with times with the Talent Acquisition manager for me to accept. A 30-minute phone call with that individual who provided me the timeline. Follow up with both the hiring manager and talent acquisition manager. Followed by the presentation interview process.

Entrevista conduzida em inglês com o Talent Acquisition Business Partner da empresa. Foram abordadas perguntas gerais sobre o perfil profissional, experiências anteriores, motivação e interesse pela empresa e pela vaga, além de discussões sobre expectativas e pretensão salarial. Também houve espaço para esclarecer dúvidas sobre o processo seletivo e próximos passos.
Super schnelle Termin- und Entscheidungsfindung. Sehr nette und ausgewogene Gespräche. Angenehme Atmosphäre, wertschätzender Prozesse und Austausch. Jeder hat sich entsprechend Zeit genommen. Eigene Fragen konnten ausreichend adressiert werden und wurde beantwortet.
