Three rounds of interviews with two interviewers. The first two interviews were conducted remotely. They asked straight forward questions and explained dept needs and job responsibilities well. A few of the questions seemed a little silly or repetitive. I liked the interviewers and felt they were really trying to ascertain whether or not the job would be a good fit for me. On the third interview they basically let me know that I had the job and described benefits and general salary range. My only complaint would be that the process seemed unnecessarily drawn out but perhaps key people were away or something.
