HR leadership is responsive and the interview process went quickly and smoothly. 3 rounds of interviewing (phone and 2 in person). Organized with interview schedule. Followed COVID safety precautions. Tour was nice as were the leaders I met with. Honesty and transparency was appreciated, as well as being educated about what the company does and the dynamics of the departments. Leaders aren't scary or arrogant (as they can be at other companies). I appreciated getting benefits info up front. Great PTO and low employee share of cost for benefits.
