Standard interview process. I was contacted first by HR who were very friendly and did an initial interview, then set up an interview with the scientists. Everyone was very down to earth and kind.

A group of internship applicants came in together and we were given a quiz to test basic knowledge that would be used in the lab followed by a somewhat informal interview with your would-be mentor. General questions that were asked involved laboratory experience, classes taken, hours of flexibility, etc.
