Very worst interview experience. They posted a job requirement for Test manager and they called for an interview for test lead position and it was shocking to see interview panel wasn't sure for what position they are hiring for. If you are hiring for any senior role like lead or manager then ask relevant questions rather asking some unwanted things. Focus on why and for what position/profile you are hiring and please don't teach candidates what is better/best suited for them, they themselves knows it better than you. Worst every interview experience in my life.
