Overall, I was told there will be 4 rounds of an interview process. I managed to get to the third round. All of them were organised by either telephone or video call. Second round of interview - the recruiter was late and then cancelled it for next time. Third round was a complete waste of my time. Never have I experienced such a disrespect to a potential candidate. Whilst being in a completely different timezone (which means I had to wake up at 5 or 6am for an interview) FOUR times in a row the interview was cancelled either at the last minute or when I got into a contact with a recruiter asking what is wrong. I received an apology with a different explanations. While I showed understanding for all four cancellations, due to my personal waste of time - I was promised to get that final round of an interview but never have I received any further information. Even after, as a last tryout, I have sent an email asking about it and requesting for a chance to interview-i received no answer. I have no words. Especially after I showed a huge interest and a will to at least getting an opportunity to show my skills to such an established company. As someone who is immensely passionate about cryptocurrency and is a private user of Binance - I am strongly disappointed. Its a pity, really.
