First, an online test screening to determine your true intelligence for attention to detail and analytics. It’s an easy test, finding errors in sentences, and seeing what basic graphs can conclude. As long as you read carefully, you will score high. Don’t be too nervous for it, but really try. Took about 30 minutes total for both. Then, an email came the day-of for scheduling an interview. Then, had a Zoom interview with one Senior CLA and another zoom with the Supervisor of the Clinical Lab and another zoom with the Oncology CLA team. Throughout this process, they were all very kind and I had very high hopes, since we all got along well. After the entirety of the process, which took about 6 weeks, I was not offered the position.
Questions: Mostly behavioral, with some technical.
-Describe a time there was an issue or something went wrong in a professional setting, and what did you do to try to solve it? And what did your actions result in? (Did you solve the problem or not)
-Describe a time you went above and beyond in a professional setting and how did it benefit the situation
-Describe a time where you had to deal with conflict with other members in a professional setting, specific examples, and what did you do about it and how did it result?
-Philosophy on life?
-What is PCR? What are the steps and what are some things that can go wrong performing it?
I am overall a bit confused why I wasn’t offered it, since I got along so well with everyone and I was already so many interviews in, but that’s okay! Hopefully this helps you all! Good luck!
