Made it through the initial resume check and was then sent a skills assessment in an email to move forward in the next process. Got back to me relatively quickly because I sent in my application and was immediately sent the skills assessment.

gorilla test, 4 section, one part is about biology, one part is about data analysis, simple just finding trends. there is one part about accuracy, you need to compare the given sentences and find the number of the words that is different. overall the first screen is pretty easy.

asked to look at some graphs and interpret what it means.
They asked a bunch of difficult questions about statistics like Poisson's law and Linux commands that a typical graduate with a biology background would have no clue about. I mean I get that the company has requirements, but it was a bit too much for a wet lab role.
