Very weird and uncomfortable. Owner asked me questions about my religious background and my underwear. Verbally berated an employee in front of me during the interview and overshared about his extended family. Offered me the job on the spot and when I asked for the offer in writing he declined and said "what, you don't trust me?" After leaving I emailed to decline the offer to which the owner repeatedly called me until I blocked his phone number.
