Entrevista
Very positive! Great team! A multiple round of interviews. But everyone is super friendly and willing to help. Be prepared to speak with various levels of people. There is a huge push on cultural push. BC are big on that. Hard work is valued. Experience in e-comm is a preference.

Entrevista
The interview process started out with a phone screen with a Director in the PM Group. Then I had an onsite with another Senior PM in the group. There was a mix-up and he wasn't in town, so we talked online. Then we had a face to face the next week. In the meantime, I was asked to fill out some forms that basically replicated my resume. Then I had a day of interviews, one in person and the rest online. This included the lunch hour, but there was no lunch. This took another week or so to arrange. One of these interviews was a repeat of the first phone screen. As you can tell, this was a disjointed, disorganized process that involved a lot of sitting in one of their conference rooms video chatting with someone in SF. I could have done the majority of my interviews with these guys from home. The process also took nearly a month to complete, with long gaps where I didn't hear from them. The eventual rejection itself came three days after my final interview. They did give me feedback on why I was rejected, which is unusual.
Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en BigCommerce (San Francisco, CA) en may 2015
Entrevista
A series of phone screens with the hiring manager that discussed my background, company dynamics and where I might fit. Following this I interviewed onsite in San Francisco and was impressed with the dynamic team who really took finding "bucket 1" and "bucket 2" matches seriously. Enjoyable interview, complete with cooperative case studies and a good sense of collaboration.
