You will put in an application through an online portal. You will be screened, and receive a call for some kind of small phone interview. This will judge personal skills. You will be screened from that, then recommended to the store. The store's General Manager will look over your application and set up an interview. They will do one or two interviews to judge your ability to retain knowledge and personality skills.

Very friendly and outgoing environment, the staff seems close knit and they were honest about the expectations for the job. The questions were easier than you’d think so don’t stress too much.
