Process included work experience, and what type of customer service is needed to be provided to the customers of Big 5. Also asked what was my favorite food, music, and movies. The interview almost was not an interview, for it being so casual.

The interview was very easy. Sat in the office with one hiring manager and she asked a couple questions about me, mostly just small talk. Most of the interview was her telling me what the job would be like.

Talk about yourself and your past experiences. Around 15 minutes with the manager. Will be contacted about a week after interview with a phone call discussing next time you can come in.
It was average. About thirty minutes long. They were cordial. They spoke about the responsibilities of a sales associate and the hours expected for the position they were looking for.
