Honestly, really poor form from BiGDUG, wasted my time over with 6 interviews over a 6 week period. Constantly needing to accommodate to their interview availability. I made it to the final round of interviews and didn't get the job, which is fine, what does irk me is that after asking for constructive criticism, they said it was, "Literally the flip of a coin." So they couldn't provide any points to improve on. To my suprise, a month or two later they re-advertised the job, I figure due to the lack of constructive criticism they were able to provide I'd be a good candidate to re-apply. So I did, also reached out to the same recruiter two times via email. Ghosted. Really annoying, especially after all the time spent jumping through hoops and the fact during the interview process they pretend to be friendly and you're the best thing since sliced bread, which is just an act, in reality the smiles are fake, they lie through their teeth and cannot be bothered to return your emails after (x) amount of time spent. Seems like a bullet dodged and everyone met during the interview process (Bar two) are dishonest and don't care for your time. Wonder if there even is a job available, as it looks something similar happened judging from another interview review on here.

Had two interviews, first one ok, but the second was awful. Interviewer yawned a few times, seemed entirely disengaged and disinterested. More annoyingly though, was the ghosting after 2 interviews. When I asked why I got a rejection email by indeed, the first interviewer said she couldn't get through to me (this is rubbish, as everyone has been able to) and that she'll call me to go through the feedback. She hasn't done that. Waste of my time, I don't think they wanted me from the get go. Will likely hire internally as most companies are doing lately.
