You will clear 3 rounds and you will get the offer letter they will start the training and they will tell you that you will be paid for this training but here is the catch in this training there is called Midtest and without any reason in my case network issue for 5 minutes and they will terminate you, no matter how regular how punctual, confident you are, no matter how well you have performed.

The process was formal yet friendly. You have to take a written test , then give a demo where HR acts like a student and you explain a pre made pre provided deck to them. They generally call back with confirmation within a few hours of the demo.
