3 rounds of interview. Interview process was done within a day and offer was given within 2-3 days. Was offered a decent hike from previous pay but more than 50 percent of the hike was put as variable connected to company performance which is not good. Plus the basic was also reduced drastically and management was very adamant about not changing it.
