I was invited to interview at Beyondly in March 2023. From the moment I arrived at the building staff there were very warm and welcoming. I was interviewed by the Talent and Culture Manager, Operations Manager and the Brand, Solutions and Innovations Manager, they were lovely people and I immediately felt at ease. For the interview I had to prepare a short presentation, roughly around 10 minutes detailing my approach to the role in my first 3, 6 and 12 months, and then the interview itself lasted for about 45 minutes. Although I was unsuccessful I still felt it was a positive experience.
