I received a phone call from the director, whom I would be reporting to directly, We discussed job descriptions and expectations as well as any past work experiences I had which might be relevant. At the end of that phone call, I was invited to have a face-to-face interview with the same director. In that meeting, my immediate manager was also present. After that meeting, I waited for the call and offer of employment, which took place about a week later.
