      Entrevista

      Very long, and arrogant. The process consisted of a recruiter screen, a founder interview, a hiring manager interview, 6 interviews, a take-home project that was presented to the group of interviewers, a founder interview again and then another followup with 4 interviewers. This is a great company but throughout the process I was treated like an object as opposed to a person .

      The interview process started with a recruiter phone screen, which seemed to have gone very well. However, after the phone screen the recruiter went MIA and it was hard to confirm the hiring manager interview. It took over a week to schedule with no communication (even after reaching out). The hiring manager interview was average, but the JD didn't seem to fit the questions that were being asked. They admitted that they were having a hard time getting the right candidates in the pipeline, so it seems like there was lack of clarity between the recruitment team and the hiring manager on the needs for the role. When not being moved on to the next round, the recruiter provided no feedback and also would not respond to a follow-up email (a noticeable trend throughout the whole process). For a company that works to improve employees' skills and leadership, they seem to fail on their own end to apply that logic to their recruitment practices or give candidates the courtesy of even acknowledging emails (both thank you and for open questions).
