The interview process was extremely extensive but one of the most well thought out processes that I've ever been a part of. There were around 10 people that I met with over the process, which included a 3 hour virtual on-site where I met with 5 people back to back & had to put together a presentation based on a scenario. The interviews were not too difficult because the recruiters and team sent extensive amounts of resources to prep with, and everyone I met with was so kind and genuine that the time flew by. Even though meeting with that many people was a bit draining, each interview was SO different and well thought out, that I didn't repeat myself at all - or have to answer the same questions round to round. The recruiter I worked with was personable and friendly and extremely prompt in giving feedback and helping to set up next rounds.

Overall great interview experience. I was very impressed with each person I interviewed with. It was challenging at times but that's part of the interview process. Experience is important and preparation is important but they also want to understand who you are as a person. What is your mindset? Are you hungry to learn and grow? Interview process took about 6 weeks total.
