I had an interview with the recruiter prior to the holiday season. The recruiter informed me that he would follow up with more information shortly after the turn of the year. After not hearing from the interviewer for a couple weeks, I sent multiple emails to reaffirm my interest and ask for an update on progress. I have not received responses to my emails. The interview process should be viewed as a reflection of company values, and this negative experience has resulted in me no longer being interested in the company.
