3 stages... first interview with the department supervisor, 2nd... department manager, 3rd with the GM. the whole process is fairly easy and pretty quick especially for the holiday season. during non holiday season, make sure you look "pretty" because the last time i set foot in a best buy, yea sure there is beautiful fashionable people there yet no one works as hard or knows anything about the products they are selling.

Why do you want to work for best buy?/What quantities do you possess to help improve the store?
it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.
Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view
