You apply online or go to their "job fairs" where they choose a day to do interviews on the spot. You have to come in dressed up. Then you wait as they go through interview after interview until it's your turn. They ask you generic questions from a standardized sheet that they get from corporate. They call you back days later if they want you and you have to come in for a drug test.

i found it all depends on the interviewer, so don’t stress if you don’t get it right
The interview will begin with fundamental questions about your background and previous work experience. Afterwards, you’ll be asked behavioural questions, such as how you would handle a situation where a customer is unhappy with a product.
