Joke. Not a good company. Only work there to get experience, don't expect to make a good living working there. Expect to upsell and put things in people's carts that they don't need. Customer service is always second to selling. You are forced to push people to apply for credit cards even if its not in their best interest and pushed to sell service plans that are a rip off.
it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.
Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view
