I was called in for an in person interview and waited an hour just for no one to show up. No other managers on site offered to conduct the interview or schedule me to come back, so I left. No call or following up email received for the misconduct or miscommunication which was completely unprofessional.

They ask about 5 questions how world will you do in this situation or other basic questions. However I did not like how you had to do 2 interviews and the last one you had to talk to the gm of that store

Very simple and straightforward, asked questions about my goals, and told me that they would help me reach them. For instance, I want to be a software engineer and they would help me achieve that goal

I waited for 15 minutes past the scheduled time, met with a different person than I was originally supposed to, and was interviewed right beneath a loud speaker in the back of the store at a table that was for sale. The guy kept trying to get me to work sales instead of the warehouse, and kept bragging about how much money he has made in sales. He also didn't understand the role I was originally applying for was full-time and not part-time until I corrected him. Needless to say, they did not impress me and I found a job elsewhere
