The interview began with reasons why I left my last job. Questions consisted of how I overcame past challenges and what my idea of good or bad customer service is. Important questions are how I would treat a sisutation where I caught someone stealing.

The interview and process was very relaxed and the GM was awesome. We started with basic interview questions and went as far as asking each other appropriate personal questions about our lives. We then went into how LP worked and what I would do and what I thought.
