Just the initial interview. Asked the usual questions, why best buy? and why would you be a good fit for this position? when are you available/ would weekends and holidays be a problem?

Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond what was expected for a customer
One with a shift lead, another with the store GM, very casual, I was way overdressed for the part. Think of the customer service part first, tech knowledge second. A mobile sales associate will also work closely with Geek Squad for troubleshoots.

The interview was pretty straightforward. The questions were reasonable. The manager was very respectful of me and my time. It wasn't long after the interview that they got back in contact with me and received an offer.

They were professional and courteous of my time. The manager and boss did a very good job of asking me curve ball questions to determine my character. Overall, a quick interview and professional.
