I went to work force 1 an job center they gave me a refferal for the job i did and onine application took like an hour. 5 days later they called and did a interview over the phone. after that the lady told me to come in for a interview so right now im gathering all the question that they could possibly ask me so that i will be prepared ^_^..
The interview was pretty straightforward.
They ask the usual standard customer service questions and get back to you a week or 2 later.
Overall, the experience is fluid and not complex.
The interview was interesting, but I wasn't informed of the final result until several weeks later, which is a negative point. Otherwise, the questions were relevant and personalized. It took about twenty minutes.

First is an online that is asked by robotic questions. You just have to answer sincerely and answer scenario-based questions that are fairly easy to answer and should be the easiest interview you ever have.
