Two step process. Meet with lead in department, then GM of the store. pretty basic stuff. First interview was just getting a feel for who you were. broad, easy question across the board.

If a customer has never purchased a computer before, how would you start your sales process?
General retail store associate questions are given. First interview with HR over the phone. Second meeting was with any Supervisor assigned to interviewing at the time, for this position, was generally Sales Floor Supervisor.
The interview process was a back and forth question answer conversation style interview. It was not too stressful but not too laid back either. Professionalism was accounted for as well as communication and processing skills.

3 Interview process. Quick phone interview, on-site with management, and if they like you, a last interview with the store GM. All of the questions were behavioral, nothing technical in my interviews.
