Pretty straightforward - I submitted my resume and was called in for one interview. The questions were pretty standard - why do you want to be LP, what skill set do you bring to the table, etc. They also had some hypothetical questions, none of which were particularly difficult. Prepare for the interview as you would for any other and you should be fine. As a side note, you don't need to wear a suit (yep - I was "that guy").
