Great interview, and the sales team was very kind and professional. They care about their customers and want their customers to have the best experience possible so they are looking to hire the best. Sales experience is a must and you should be acquainted with current electronics.

In prior jobs, could you explain how you demonstrated excellent customer service?
The interview was pretty straightforward.
They ask the usual standard customer service questions and get back to you a week or 2 later.
Overall, the experience is fluid and not complex.
The interview was interesting, but I wasn't informed of the final result until several weeks later, which is a negative point. Otherwise, the questions were relevant and personalized. It took about twenty minutes.

First is an online that is asked by robotic questions. You just have to answer sincerely and answer scenario-based questions that are fairly easy to answer and should be the easiest interview you ever have.
