3 intervews with various management spread over a two week period from lowest to highest in store management. Background check but no drug testing required. Orientation included videos, slideshows and paperwork as well as web based training moduals for all aspects of customer service and general employment, safety. If you're hired infor seasonal the orientation and training are minimized. They provide great food/snacks for all meetings.
