2 stage interview process asking general questions about past team experiences, problem solving skills and people skills. Also brought up possible work situations and asked how you would solve them.

Started with a phone interview, which was easy and enjoyable. Then had two in-person interviews. There was some communication that there would be two interviews, although the first interviewer was unsure and could not provide me with a timeline. Turns out this was because a manager who was going to interview me left part way through the process and things had to be re-worked. Despite this hiccup, the interviews were still enjoyable and the managers performing them were respectful, considerate, and fairly forthcoming.
