I was asked to respond to a few questions in writing then had a zoom interview with the hiring manager. He set appropriate expectations for when I could expect to hear back. I was invited to interview in person. The interviews were scheduled in one morning so I was able to meet everyone. A week later, I was asked for references, and a week after that I received the offer. Working with HR to confirm a start date was easy and the onboarding went great.
