The POC seemed to have been interested in my background and skills, and I moved on with technical challenge. After sending it back, I've heard nothing from the company for a pretty long time about the challenge or process. At least feedback about code would have been appreciated.

The VP of Engineering contacted me via LinkedIn and we set up a time to chat. After the chat, he gave me 2 questions to solve at home. Very easy problems, I resolved the problems together with test cases, without cheating. After I submitted the solutions, I realized the solutions are out there online and in a book!
Then I am more convinced that my approach is correct, very thorough and detailed.
After two weeks, I did not see they even click on my solutions I put in my github.
Then, this guy Jonathan just emailed saying they would like to pass on me.
Hey, if you are not serious on hiring and just wanted to waste people time with not so challenging questions, please don't reach out to me!

Entrevista
After applying online, I received an email a couple of days later from the hiring manager to set up an initial phone screen. We spoke for about 30 minutes, and I received a follow-up email the next day to set up a two hour video interview with three employees. Half of the interview was focused on technical questions with the hiring manager. The remainder of the time was spent talking about my background, learning about how my role fits into the company, and hearing about the different teams at Bento.
The hiring manager followed up almost immediately after the second interview to ask about my availability for an on-site the following week. The on-site was about six hours long, consisting of both technical (some whiteboarding) and non-technical portions. Because of the two offices, some portions were conducted via video conference. I also had the chance to go out with several employees for lunch to break up the interview process, which was a good chance to get to know people in a more casual setting. I received an offer the following day.
