Thorough interview. The members of the panel were very supportive and made me comfortable.
Had to enter entire resume into the GE job site. Then I was granted a phone interview. After that, there was a 4 hour on-site interview. There was about 2 weeks from interview to offer and another 3 weeks between the offer and the start date.

Really wanted to work for them and they didn't seem to know what they wanted from me in the interview. I have to say this was the most unprofessional interview I had, the tact was not there.
