Online form, then HR interview followed by interview with team director and senior management
The hardest part of the process was filling in the application form. The rest is standard interview questions and the people are very friendly.
I like that Bentley don’t buy into that mass applicant process which usually involves many online assessments, instead they were efficient with the application process and did not waste anyone’s time.
