i did the majority of the talking and led the process - I was led to believe that the position was in line with my background and what I was seeking in terms of employment. I was asked very few questions and given little information on what the position really entailed. When I asked about salary, I was told that my education and background would be taken into consideration. I was also told that there was growth potential (which is a lie). They offer no benefits, no IRA, no PTO and no direct deposit. During the interview they smile and nod and ask you if you like working with people, they tell you that you will be trained and you have limitless earning and growth potential.
