The interview process was pretty straight forward. They brought in the Senior Manager, Director of Account management, and several Team Leads. They really didn't ask too many questions and they were more worried about my personality type and work ethic. The Account management department is very team focused and they want to ensure that you will get along with everyone.

It was an easy quick interview process. The interview covered work history, pay, benefits, company values etc. It was a virtual interview. The interview took about 30 minutes or less.

It was an extremely brief phone screening.I then moved on to interview on an Open House day. I interviewed with 3 current employees. I was a very relaxed interview, quite different than most others I have done. They asked a lot of questions to get to know me as a person better, not specifically employment related questions.
