Applied online through Indeed. I received a call next day from one of their recruiter and had screening for 10 minutes. Next day, I received a call from head of HR to schedule in-person interview at their location. Two people, HR head and IT Manager , were part of the interview panel. Interview has two parts. Part1 was about 30 min discussion on Business Analysis and SSRS skills. Part2 was 30 min of SQL queries written test.
