There was lots of online tests, ranging from maths, logic and behavioural, to longer tasks that were more specific to the work done. It was different from the usual tests which meant it was something new which I enjoyed. However, I ended up doing at least 10 hours of tests. It was split into sections, so it was 2-3 hours at a time and if you didn't pass one section you didn't have to do the next section. But it is a big time commitment, which they are honest and upfront about. I had 2 live video interviews: one while I was still doing online tests and one afterwards, both were competency based with no technical knowledge required, but there was a logic puzzle in my first interview. They also donated to a charity after completing the second section of online tests, which was a nice touch. Overall, difficult process but something different and unique.

You have to complete two batches of tests, and then you are called for three interviews. The forth one is with a psychologist and is aimed at understanding who you are as a person
