Una perdita di tempo e non si ha la possibilità di contattare un responsabile delle risorse umane né altri membri dell'azienda. In compenso la valutazione della candidatura è molto veloce.

The interview process started with an online assessment followed by a video interview. The interviewers asked both behavioral and role-related questions to understand my product thinking and problem-solving approach. The atmosphere was professional and friendly, and I spoke with two interviewers who were interested in learning about my experience and how I approach product decisions.

Very difficult, asked if I was a hard worker, and to prove it to them. Defs like a 996 company. Long process, had like 5 rounds of interview and like 3 rounds of testing.
