Un processo fatto di due colloqui e 4 prove a tempo. Due prove pratiche e due di comprensione feedback e problem solving. Il primo colloquio conoscitivo è stato gestito brillantemente e mi ha dato la voglia di proseguire questo percorso fatto di tante sfide. Nel secondo colloquio purtroppo mi aspettavo domande più tecniche sul lavoro svolto nelle prove precedenti ma era tutto sull'esperienza pregressa.

Before a video call interview with a person, I answered a series of short timed logic puzzles of medium-to-hard difficulty (in my opinion). After this round, next to complete was a creative task with a 1-week deadline of producing 2 assets, a video and a still, based on an open ended brief. Was given hypothetical data from past posts and asked to reach a conclusion as to which metrics to use to build the new set of social assets. Also had to explain in writing the reason for my creative choices by answering a questions field form. After this came my first (and last) actual interview - it started with STAR questions, then I was asked to solve a logic puzzle live, the latter of which I bombed. Felt like a lot of hoops to jump through, lots of time sunk into the creative tasks, and - with respect to the logic puzzles - ultimately quite a blunt instrument method / low “signal-to-noise” way of hiring a creative role. Learned a lot, but the experience left a slight sour taste in my mouth.
