Applied online. After three weeks, had an initial phone screening with HR and subsequently attended two interviews with Managers. The interviewers seemed extremely disengaged and uninterested. I was told I would hear back about an outcome within two weeks after the second interview. After the second interview, never heard back from the organisation again, despite my two attempts to follow up politely asking for an outcome confirmation on the second and fourth week after the interview. I would have expected that as a large corporate organisation, who markets itself with having a great culture and integrity, they would have at least had the courtesy to notify candidates of the outcome after attending two interviews, even if it’s a simple rejection email would suffice. But no.
