I did a coding test before the process started. First interview was with the Operations Manager, Allie. She seems really kind, did her best to make me feel at ease. I could have gladly talked to her all day. It's obvious that she loves her job. Second interview was with her and the Team Leads. It was informative and made me want to work there. Can't remember their names but they seemed like good guys. I love how they have a woman in charge and both Team Leads are minorities.

I want to work with these people! I don't have the back end experience they need and got turned down. I had read the reviews and saw they were nice but it's true, they really are. I was so so nervous and she had me laughing. They didn't hire me but Im determined to keep applying until they do.
