This was a three step interview process. A phone screen, a 1:1 interview and a presentation on a case study defining a business problem and requiring the candidate to formulate the business requirements, come up with a solution design and demo application of how, using Salesforce you would solve the problem. The turn around time between responses for follow up interviews was quite remarkable and I felt engaged throughout the interview process.

The interview involved a meet-and-greet with HR, followed by a 35-minute demo presentation to a panel of three team members. Technical questions related to a fictional project were posed during the session.
