First had a phone screen with head of industrial engineering. Was structured more like a conversation and lasted roughly a half hour. The following week was invited to a facility tour. Met with main industrial engineer first, then got a tour of the main plant from a different engineer. Went to the further processing plant and got a tour and interview with another industrial engineer. Overall was about 3.5 hours long.
