Very casual and opening. Felt like I was at home and very welcomed into the community by everyone that worked there. This helped me when I was very nervous at first.

What do you think you would be doing in this position?
Great interview with property manager. Pay was low compared to cost of living in Austin. $16 an hour not including bonuses. It’s kind of hard to get promoted. Overall good experience.

The interview was a two part process. The 1st interview was okay, but chaotic the company was transitioning the property to the new owners. Did not hear back for a while then asked for a 2nd interview (3wks later) and while in the interview I was confused if they remembered that I even came for the first interview already. once sitting down with the same person she did not ask ANY questions so wasted my time, just an awkward encounter. Honestly worst/awkward interview I ever encountered.
