First, you complete an initial interview over the phone. Second, you are brought into the office for a small panel interview, usually with a telling manager and an HR representative. I was declined after the second interview each time and do not know if there are remaining parts to the interview process.

It is a basic interiew, they are trying to get a feel on your personality more than your experience. I previously had no banking expereince but was hired because the manager and I got along well
