Team interview, followed up by department head interview. The team was upbeat and presented a positive image of the company. Before the interview I was unsure about working there. After the interview I wanted the job and took it. Unfortunately, the reputation of the company was consistent with the working environment and the team interview represented the more appealing aspect of the company.
