I was scheduled for a phone interview on July 10th, and then asked for my schedule for the next two weeks for an in person. They were wrapping up interviews. Flash forward two weeks, I followed up and they were wrapping up internal interviews. Flash forward /more than one month/ later after my last email, they decided to email me stating that they couldn't give me an interview after all.
